Biography:
Dr Brent Miles completed his doctorate in Medieval Studies at the Centre for Medieval Studies, University of Toronto. He taught Celtic literature and Welsh at St. Michael's College, University of Toronto, and from 2005 to 2008 was an O'Donovan scholar at the School of Celtic Studies, Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies. Since 2008 he has been a Post-Doctoral Teaching and Research Fellow in the Department of Early and Medieval Irish at UCC, where he has taught Old Irish, Welsh and Celtic Civilization.
