	GeneralContext	This is a composite cross, made from fragments of two different crosses. The base measures 1m high and 1.5m x 1.35m. The shaft measures 2.65 high and 63cm x 44 cm in thickness.
	GeneralDescription	This is a close up of the shaft of the south east face of the composite cross at Clones Co. Monaghan. This panel depicts an Old Testament scene. The Sacrifice of Isaac. Genesis 22.7.
	GeneralDescription	Isaac is depicted bent over the altar while Abraham stands above him wielding a sword diagonally across the panel.
