David Morgan

Biography

Professor Morgan was Director of Research with the Law Reform Commission during (1999-2003). Director of Research and Consultant to the (Ryan) Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse in Industrial Schools and Reformatories (2004 -). Council of Europe Group of Experts - appointed Consultant 'Local and Regional Ombudsman' (2008).

Research Interests

Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Land Law, Parliamentary Drafting and Statute Law generally.
